Digital Skin Checks
We use the latest computerized dermatoscope technology to provide a new level of accuracy for skin checks. This system allows us to take high-resolution images of your skin, which we can zoom in on and save for future comparison.
This method is a highly effective way to identify malignant melanomas and other lesions that may not show clear signs of cancer at first glance. By monitoring any subtle changes over time, we can decide if a biopsy or removal is necessary. We can perform biopsies and minor surgeries on-site and refer you to a specialist for more complex cases.

Mirena & Implanon Insertions
For those considering a long-acting contraceptive, Majellan Medical Centre offers both Mirena and Implanon insertions. These "set-and-forget" methods provide highly effective pregnancy prevention for years, eliminating the need for daily pills or frequent injections.
Implanon, a small rod placed under the skin of the arm, works for up to three years. Mirena, an intrauterine device (IUD) inserted into the uterus, provides up to five years of protection. Our doctors will guide you through the process, from consultation to insertion, to ensure you find the right option for your health needs

Iron Infusions

Driver's Licence Medicals

For drivers over 75, we conduct a straightforward medical check-up to assess your vision, hearing, and physical health, completing all necessary paperwork for your licence renewal. These assessments must be completed annually.
For commercial drivers, we provide specialised medicals that adhere to national guidelines, including detailed examinations of your cardiovascular and neurological health, as well as vision and hearing tests.
